If you didn’t know already, I am a HUGE foodie. Like I live for food. That is actually how I got my start in photography. So when Jess & Mercedes asked me to come to Tofino to do their engagement session while they went mushroom picking in the forest I just about died! Next level stoked! We ended up having an amazing day, they were so much fun to hang out with (I actually knew this already as I met them while shooting Shaun & Kathleen’s Wedding), and they took a ton of time teaching me about picking mushrooms – something I have always wanted to do! Plus to top it off they hooked me up with a bag of delicious chantrelle mushrooms – hello wild mushroom pizza 😍
